1.  What is the Self-Printing Service ( Pay and Print system )offer in the Campus? 
The Pay and Print System is offered by the
authorized vendor for Network Printing @ Campus for student to print from their notebook (wired or wireless) or any PCs link to the Campus Network infrastructure. Payment is either via ezlink card or NETS Cash Card.

2.  Who is eligible to use this PRINTING SERVICE?
All Students @ the Campus site

3. How many places the Network PRINTING Service can be found @Campus?
The other available location can be found @ information at any of Printing Room or call us

4.  How to use the NETWORK  PRINTING Service?

 a) First you must login into the network.

 b) Add the shared print queue if you have not done so.

 c) Get ready either your ezlink card or Cash Card with sufficient value

 d) Sent your print jobs to the print queue

 e) Approach any of the nearest Release Station PC

 f) Login your name and placed your card at the reader

 g) Select your print jobs and select PRINT

 h) Collect your Print Job at the Printer

 i)  Remember to LOGOUT and COLLECT YOUR CARD

5.  How do I know my available balance of my cards value?
a) At the Select Print Job Screen after login, look at the bottom display, you will be able to see your available balance card value.

b) You can also check the available card values by typing in your login name at anytime at the KIOSK

6.  What happen if I print more than my available balance pages?
You will not be able to release your print job if you print more than your available card balance

7.  What happen if I did not release my print job for a period of time?
All Print Job not release at a period of  XX minutes will be automatically deleted
                                                                                               
8.  How to install Free Printing system to the Notebook?
Please approach the vendor for the information.

9.  How do I send, print and collect my Print Jobs?
Once the print jobs had been sent to the print queue,

1)  Student will then approach the PRINTING KIOSK PC and login your name same as when you send your print job

2)  At the next screen, select their print job then select the Release. Once done click Cancel and log off.

3)  Approach the Printer to collect your print job

10.  How long will my print jobs stay in the before it gets deleted?
All print jobs will be hold at the Server for a period of xx minutes, after that the system will automatically delete the print jobs if not release to print

11.  Are we allow to print other paper sizes other than the A4 paper size supported or colour paper or transparency?
Yes, You will  be able to print other paper sizes than the A4 size as long as the school have these functions  supported.

12.  Who should I approach on PRINTING matters?
You may approach our friendly Counter Staff at the Photocopy Counter for matters on the system or you may call our HOT LINE.
